The consultation I had with Sarah was so helpful. I felt like I could be open and honest about my habits without any judgment. I shared that I was uncomfortable with going to the gym because of covid, and Sarah provided easy tips like 20 seconds of jumping jacks in the morning to help my energy levels, and other pieces of advice that wouldn’t cost me any money to implement. She took the time to listen and considered my lifestyle before making suggestions. She sent me a follow-up email with everything we discussed, and while it’s a challenge to make changes, her small tips are manageable. I’m still on a journey to get healthier, and the fact that I have a metabolism expert I can turn to when questions arise is invaluable. I would recommend a conversation with Sarah to anyone who is interested in becoming healthier.
