NOV. 1 2023, 8pm EST // 5pm PST: Join me and @wellnessblueprint for an interactive workshop that focuses on how to use your metabolism to increase performance & prevent injuries for your workouts, athletic competitions, or climbing goals.
We’ll review how to get the right balance of proteins, essential fats, and carbs for your specific fitness goals, which nutrients all athletes need more of, and why sleep + sunlight need to be part of your nutrition plan!

Metabolism & Movement workshop (live at Mariposa Medial Spa!)
509 FAMILY: Join us for an in-person “Metabolism & Movement” workshop on Sat 9/23!
This workshop is in collaboration with Mariposa Medical Spa. Check out their other health, wellness, and spa services here and reach out to them to get on the waitlist! Spots are limited.
This 2-hour class will include:
an introduction of what “metabolism” is and how we can use our metabolism to get a more effective workout AND make the right nutritional choices to support our movement.
55 min movement flow suitable for all levels (yoga and barre-inspired)
a post-workout snack panel (yes, we stretch and then we snack)
a discussion of what essential nutrients we all need in our diets
time for questions that you have about your specific goals and needs

Please feel free to include questions you’d like covered in the workshop in your survey response! Registration is non-refundable. If you register and cannot attend, you will receive a credit towards another workshop or personal metabolic session with Dr. Sarah Oppelt.
Metabolism for Muscles: in-person stretch & snack session
Metabolism for Muscles: an in-person, 60min workshop that includes a 30min full-body flow followed by a discussion about metabolism and proper nutrition to fuel our movement! Snacks provided. Sunday 6/25 10am at Perry Park (Somerville MA) in collaboration with The Wellness Blueprint.
